1. Who we are

Unstuck Ops is a trade name of Weaveflow LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company. Weaveflow LLC is the data controller for information collected through unstuckops.com. Contact: hello@unstuckops.com.

2. What we collect

The site has no user accounts, no analytics, and no advertising. It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. We collect only what you choose to send us:

• Contact form submissions — your name, work email, and the details you share about your workflow, tools, budget, and timeline.
• Email correspondence — anything you send to our email address.
• Technical logs — our hosting provider records standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure.

3. How the contact form works

Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, a form delivery service (see their privacy policy), and arrive in our email inbox. We use the information to respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether we can help — nothing else. If the form fails, it falls back to opening your own email client, in which case your message goes to us directly by email.

4. How we use your information

To reply to you, assess your project, prepare a proposal if there is a fit, and keep normal business records. Under the GDPR, our legal bases are taking steps before entering a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries.

5. AI

We do not use the information you submit through the site to train AI models.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising. It is handled by the service providers that run our infrastructure — Web3Forms (form delivery), our email provider, and our website hosting provider — and disclosed only if the law requires it.

7. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and information you submit is processed there.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection. We limit access to inquiry emails to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Retention

We keep inquiry emails and related correspondence as ordinary business records for as long as they are relevant. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your information, and to object to how it is processed. Email hello@unstuckops.com and we will respond. You may also contact your local data protection authority.

11. Children

The site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

12. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
